All quotes are listed in our management fees, so there will be no surprises at the end of the operational year.
In quotes from external companies there will always be the fees calculation for the residents, in order to ensure the possibility of receiving other quotes from trusted companies and to verify the adequacy of the proposed prices.

We are not the property managers who can’t afford the payment of supplier

As the property manager has precise duties in terms of collecting fees and we will ensure they are in compliance with the Rules.

We are not the property managers who always have an excuse not to show the property documentation

Because the documents and bank statements belong to the property and NOT to the property manager.
